I started January Slow and Steady. Expecting Changes, twists and turns. Chaos and Calm.

January until Mid February I did a lot of reflective inner work and came to the conclusion When I can and with a plan from mid December until mid February I ideally love to be out of the UK relaxing and working in equal measure somewhere warm, sunny and more Aligned to my 51 year old body that is constantly Vitamin D and B deficient. It’s really important we reflect at least once a month but for me, weekly. I have a lot I want to achieve and so in order to manage multiple projects, being a solo parent and Carer as well as Health Challenges and the everyday admin in life like housing repairs, etc and my Passions… reflective practice is paramount.

What did it feel like? And did you take any action afterwards?

Make time to see where you are heading without hoping on a wing and a prayer. Only when we know WHERE we are can we CHANGE course if needed.!
