Well, it’s a 6 week Experience (Course or Programme) that starts Monday 16th September 2024, and will do some deep dives into Forgiveness and Gratitude but will also include Compassion and Love (self and others).
Do you know you were made for more yet feel stuck at this last stage of overcoming adversity or trauma?
You have already had therapeutic intervention if needed, but want a safe space – which I have many years experience providing.
This is about you and getting closer to living the life you want to create. This time is for you to really go deep within and pull out the treasures, go through the breakthroughs others speak of and also get closer to Freedom and Personal Agency.
As your host, I have been called to offer this work at this time. As an Intuitive Coach/ Mentor and gifted Healer for two decades I can nurture and support you through this empowering work. As one who often hears whispers from the other realms to carry out this work, my spiritual side is there for good. Unfortunately I have lived most of my life suppressing these gifts for fear of judgement, not being accepted etc. Everything I do is for the highest and greatest good. I am deeply Spiritual non belonging to any one Faith but having Faith and taking much from the various spiritual/ Holy books and teachings out there. I am also a humanitarian with over 34 years of service to Community in my 50 years on earth in this body.
I believe we are all Souls having a Human experience and many of us are lost in all the man-made social constructs that reinforce a divide and conquer way of living.
I would love to take you through this experience, as I have walked it myself travelling through years of overcoming Adversity, weaving in life’s tapestry everything blessed, unthinkable, heartbreaking including single parenthood, childloss, trauma and so much more. I have had to do the forgiveness work and gratitude for everything that broke me only for Kintsugi (the peace I have from the broken pieces) to occur. I have learned Self Compassion and Self Care/ Love along the way.
You will:
1. Be Transformed in a way you never imagined. It is different for everyone but you will MEET yourself.
2. Have Tools/ Tips and a Plan to help you throughout all situations in your Life.
3. Increase Confidence and be proud of your story regardless of how hard it may have been at times.
4. Commit to serving but also Standing up for your Soul in a way you have never done before.

Empowered Living for Soul Conscious Women who want to learn the 7 Step Process for overcoming any adversity.
Starts Monday 22nd April 2024, for 12 weeks.
I am also an Award Winning Community Engagement and Advocate Specialist with over 35 years in various community settings including children and young people, prison and offenders, low income family empowerment, exclusions and Parent’s of Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). I started focusing on this Passion and Purpose work 5 years ago but have been Coaching for over 30 years in total. I am also a humanitarian with 35 years of Service to the community in my 50 years on earth in this body.

What is included?
The EMPOWER 7© method, (Empowered Living for Soul Conscious Women) is a 12 week (90 Day) Signature Programme created by myself and launched in March 2017.
It is a Group Programme essentially, but can also be delivered as a 1-2-1 Coaching Programme. We will cover:
Module 1- EMBRACE yourself and the life you have… where you have been, where you are and where you are going Unconditionally. Everything happens for a reason so let’s get Positive.
Module 2- MOTIVATE Yourself. Don’t spend Years waiting for Others to Motivate you when everything you seek outside is within. Create your dream life after reflection and introspection.
Module 3- POWER over your life. You are in the driving seat regardless of your Story and Experiences. You do not have to be a Victim of your circumstances, be Soul Conscious Creators.
Module 4- OVERCOMING ADVERSITY because living in the past causes you to feel Stuck in your life, unhappy, depressed and anxious. You have been through it physically, now it’s time to move through it mentally in a supportive group.
Module 5- WELLNESS holistically – Mind, Body and Spirit. Let’s look at all aspects and see what ideas and changes you may want to adapt for your highest and greatest good. Love yourself!
Module 6- EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE the way you communicate with others says a lot about how you are. By being aware of how you control, express and handle your emotions in various situations will determine the series of events that follow.
Module 7- RESILIENCE and your ability to recover fairly quickly from negative situations, difficulties and adverse situations. Some academics have referred to it as Post Traumatic Growth but regardless of what you believe a challenging difficulty can either make or break you or your spirit as a person.
